Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sirloin tip or chuck roast, cut in 2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large bell pepper
Preparation:
- Combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and marinate meat in refrigerator 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Alternate meat, piece of onion,pepper and tomatoe, no particular order, on skewers.
- Cook on pit, paste frequently with marinade.
